Substitition Policy 

We make every effort to offer a vast selection of flowers at our location daily. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain flowers during certain seasons and in various parts of the country.

Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal color and value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as in an all rose bouquet or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may  substitute with another color.

In addition, orders going to different parts of the country may run into the same issues of product availability. However, our network of florists will follow these same guidelines to ensure that your arrangement is of the same style and value.

Camp Pendleton Florist strives to satisfy our customers with each and every order placed with us - either in person, over the phone or through our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you must contact our office at 760-725-6395 within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will  do our very best to resolve the problem.
